surgery rates

I would like to ask about surgery rates. I would like to have an gastric bypass surgery and i would like to know how much is the surgery + all payments connected with it. I have family in Egypt so the flight and other exences i will take. How long i need to stay in Egypt? When i will be able to flight back to my country and when i can come back to work? The most of all i need to know how much money do i need to collect for operation?
